Updating the game

Hi guys I was thinking that we could research and update the map and the units in game. I mean, to add facilities and units to be up to date. Ei. Japan has deactivated all it's nuclear reactors, meaning that in game those reactor could appear deactivated. Little things like that. I am not familiarized with the files... But it could make it even more interesting, extend the game experience. What do you guys honk about it?
