Can someone tell me how to use a transport plane to deliver supplies to out of supply front line units manually? Thx

Click on plane, order plane to escort unit you want to be resupplied.

You can also just have the plane loiter around a certain area or group of units. Many times when attacking into the deserts of China or Africa I will order a supply plane(s) to fly a particular circuit so that any units passing under get topped off.
