changing hex size?

changing hex size?
Is it possibly to change the hexes from 16km to 8 or 32?

There is an option when you start the game to increase ranges. Which in effect does what you are asking for.

OK I had been reading an post on here that was discussing hex sizes but I couldn't figure out how. Thank you for the help.
