I found this when I was looking for SR2020 screenshots, I marked things what I want to know what is that

Was there possiblity to trade your territory in older versions ?

Seem to me to be a modded game. The first version was 2010, 2nd was 2020, now CW. The date on that game is 2008....

That screenshot was from the early drafts for SR2020. The "land trade" feature from SR2010 was still being considered. It ended up on the cutting room floor.
