Is it possible to add 3D Map in Cold War to 2020?... I do play cold war too, but I want to enhance the performance and neatness of the 2020 series as well.

No, that is why Cold War is a new product. You need the new engine for the new features.

i know i would buy an expansion for GC to be included into CW 
. don't know about anyone else - probably cause i didn't buy 2020 until after CW and i can't stand the old graphics
