hi i dont think im posting this in the right place but whatever i want to know if CHEAT BREAKGROUND which allows buildings to finish in one day affects the ai as well? and that instant research thing as well are they player only or typing that cheat berakground also makes the ai finish faster

another thing why when i use cheat e=mc2 for instant research my GDP seems to do very well in fact i cant lower it max taxes 0 social spending and it goes up like hell...i had this issue yesterday without cheats playing as kosovo gdp was going to hell no i heaven cause heaven is up...and i cant stop it ..then my inflation goes to heaven also ....and it ruins my game
