Download a macro program, Google will let you find a decent one :-)

Some keyboard/ mouse drivers have them built in, lets you record clicks and button presses. Have one of the spare keys on my keyboard set up to click 10 times/sec.

What brand of keyboard/mouse do you have?

I have a Microsoft keyboard too, check on your start menu to see if there is a Microsoft keyboard program listed, that's what I used to set up my multi clicker. If you do have it then I can probably help you assign a macro.

Make sure you lock the CPU out of garrison control, then never place them.

I typically place one garrison in cities greater than 500k, then I put a fusion reactor, c goods and ind goods in the city and remove the garrison. The only cities I keep garrisoned are the capital, and border towns. Everything else I keep at zero just to make my life easier. I also play it so that the enemy military units totally disappear when I conquer them, it just saves me the hassle of disbanding and garrison hunting.

Ok. I just selected unification in 6 month, and entered "endday" cheat until world was unified.
No AI ever build single unit or garrison.

Now how to make cache, that starts just after uniting whole world, so is only single country, and how to add bazilions (1 000 000 000 M) of cash into treasure editing a file.

Not the letter G. The G keys, that are only on the G keyboards. They are programable keys. For instance I have one of my G keys setup todo 100 clicks. So when I am ordering missles. I select the missles type I want to build, then put the mouse over the build order. I then press the correct G key and boom exaclty 100 orders for those missles comes threw. Instead of having to click 100 times.
