Is there a way I can see civilian casualties?

I could be wrong, but when I first played the demo for SR: 2020 years ago you got emails every now and then that informed you about civilian casualties. Now that I am playing SR: 2020 gold I don't see anything like that anymore. Is there some way to know how many civilians have died in your wars as well as other peoples wars?

Look in each regions "regional news". It sometimes gives the amount of civilian deaths from the previous day. I dont think theres any info on total civilian casualties.
