is this correct?
When I create a land fabrication facility it says I have construction costs of 7 billion. Is this accurate because thats expensive!

Windows will allow you to use <Alt-Prt Scr> to take a capture to the clipboard. You can then use paint to paste it using <Ctrl+V>
If you're viewing the expense report annually, that is the estimated annual construction costs based on today. If you keep that up 36 days, it will cost 7 billion. The facility will be done before then at which time the report will change. Viewing it daily will show you what is passing through day to do.
I believe the actual cost of a facility is shown in the tooltip of the line in the list you selected it from.
