Just made my first tech steal, I did it as a experiment if it was even possible to steal techs through espionage. After ca 3 years I managed to steal a tech, but what i'm wanting to discuss is from whom the tech was stolen from. I stole the tech from Taiwans ally USA.
So should it be possible to steal techs from Allies with whom you have line of sight/formal alliance/military defence treaties with?
