Production Query

Hello im playing the region of Bhutan. I see im producing agriculture and timber but i seem to have no facilities in the two city complexes, so how can i be producing these items? Unless im missing something i cant seem to work it out, hope for some answers thank you.

Yes, certain commodities get produced by the terrain based on supply levels; water, agri, timber. These things can be generated without large industries. This is representative of small scale operations.
