The units need to be unlocked in the ROE for it to work.

No they don't.

I've started a Feature Highlight about the Load up command, check there to see if that helps

Oh, maybe I need to have another look, but having the padlock showing as unlocked like in the pic is the only way i've got units to load into a transport that has been given the load unit command.

I guess i have to say "Well done " to both you guys and ruge .

I am currently watching Belarus,getting its head handed to it by Spain and Italy.Both regions have moved large amounts of troops from their home region by land all the way to Belarus.And though they still feel the need to retreat all the way back home when damaged |O ,they are doing an excellent job otherwise in conquering Belarus despite the huge distance they are from it.
And another cool thing is,Germany has a bunch of units lined up at poland's border,it looks like they are also trying to get at
Belarus ,but Poland wont give them travel access :lol:

I get the almost stopping at the beginning of everyday, and the speed loss is very noticable in single player. Although the speed reduction is livable, and it is definatley worth the loss. First time ive ever seen the USA annex Mexico in the first couple of months, then push right down to costa rica by October 2020.

There are a good 20 or so us subs patroling Cuban waters.

This game has needed this patch for a long time.

Its probably the style of play i often use,but the slow down is very minor for me.I often pump up the AI regions making them far more active on the map,so there isnt that much of a change in how many units are moving for me.Which is likely were alot of the slowdown comes from.

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere in the thread yet, but will this work for the vanilla game (no Global Crisis/Gold edition)?

And I'm getting confused on the third party diplomacy thing, if anyone would care to explain that.
