AI bug of trading territory?

The territory is not expensive.

For only 4-5 new technologies you can buy whole neutral country - with people, military bases, industries, capital( money and resourses included) and even with all their army in the end. :D :D :D

And the easiest way to gain new tehnologies is to trade with neutrals countries, too. They don't trade with each other. Just only with you, by your initiative. :lol: So even if you have only one tehnology somebody don't, you change it - you have two, than change new one several times with different countries and now you have several new tehnologies. Some days later your country is the most developed. :-)

After that you buy them all. Do nothing just trade and you'll win in a month.

as before human player can get technology superpower in a month, AI players don't trade technoliogies with each other, or do it too slowly

Nope they don't....
The only AI thing about research i've ever seen was an improvement of the AI's tech level...

The only techs i know of the AI gets is the ones the WM offers.
In war destroy everything even the livestock.
