1) In the original version of SR2010, there was an economic disadvantage (a handicap) for poor countries. Than it is fixed and now there is no difference between mideast and western countries. Is there a way to turn this handicap
on with last updated game version?

2) And if i uninstall then reinstall first version of game, is there a way to turn off this handicap?

I will be very happy if you answer my these two questions...

It was not a handicap, there as a flaw in the calculation of formulas for products and their revenue (IIRC). It is not something you can turn on and off. If you play without patches, the bug exists. If you use the patch the bug is fixed.
