Refugees stimulate economy?

ive noticed ever since europe was declared war on by russia africa and mideast that the refugees have made my economy grow rapidly ive now got 10 research centers ig got a missle base being built in a secret location in the amazon rain forest and i got all the best of chinas unit desighns and i been rapidly buildin up my military and right now im allied with europe but i havententerd the war yet but india has enterd on europes side and i got about 200000 new citizens in the last 3 months and its still growing rapidly because of the immigration treaty with europe.
