Does debt have any effect on DAR ?

If i increase my debt, will it have a negative modifier on my dar ?

If i decrease debt, will it have a positive effect on my dar ?

Well in the real world, it doesn't. Just look at how bush creates a huge deflict without it voters getting angry. Unfortunatly, he is not only gambling with his own country econonmy, but also the economy of the rest of the world.

We've had a deficit since the sixties, and president Bush never "created" a deficit. We haven't had a surplus since the 60's either (that Clinton era one that is referred to so often was a projected surplus, and since the economy was already beginning to go down hill, it was unrealistic anyways).

Well, at some point they will have to pay it back, or at least make it stop growing. THis cannot continue forever you know.
