No WM membership= no trade w/ WM???

I have this question thats been bugging me because i can't seem to figure out if a nation doesn't have WM membership or chose not to, would they still be able to buy or sell to the WM. If so how can the WM boycott them.

Currently if you leave the WM while in its good graces(IE they have not boycotted you at this point) ,you will still be able to trade with them AND even if they grow to hate you later,(lower your WM rating to as far as zero)they will not boycott you.

I dont think its supposed to work this way,but currently it does.

If i got kicked from WM i ll not be able to trade with they?

If you have been boycotted and later expelled from the WM you will need to raise your WM rating and than pay to rejoin them.

Til than, you will not be able to trade with them.You will still be able to buy and sell with the nations on the map though.

How do i know if WM boycoted me?

You would have gotten emails from them for each boycott they level against you.
Also, in the commerce trade window,where you can see whats available to be bought,the WM would have its name in red.
