activate building

if i activate any building before it finish will it have any side effect?

I won't provide as much as a higher % factory would... but no side-effects really...

You see, a building really isn't just a building, it represents a conglamorate of buildings all at one spot, like an industrial area, thus if you activate it earlier it simply means that you have not yet reached the maximum amount of factory's at that hex and you are activating the current factory's :D

One thing to add here is one facility at 60% capacity has a lower maintenance cost than two facilities at 30% combined.
