Cameroon budget deficit

Hi, I;m playing as Cameroon and I developed a self-sufficient economy, I sell a lot at high profits at export and at about 5% profits internally. Social spending is at 30% and still I get 13 billion income and 20 billion expenses. Where the heck are all those trade profits going

Only a markup of 5% internally? I ususally set my internal markup around 60-90%. Much more than my exports.

Have you taken a look at your income and expense summary reports inside the treasury department to see where money is going?
