Treasury calculation error

In the world map of the champaign game with me control N America, at one point, I noticed my treasury is going down obout 600M. However, the treasury tab showed the income/deficit is over a billion in green. It seems to me somewhere there were a calculation error.

Have you seen your import/export balance?

I play mideast as Egypt and i have a deficit of 400M but my import is 0M and export surpuls is over 700 each turn. I do war against Turkey without problems. Have you seen you import/export balance?

I have no import/export. Self sufficient and I don't want to sell if the price is below cost.
