Jobs and Unemployement question.

Post by Swifty*** »

Does restricting an Industry to produce less than capacity affect jobs and unemplyement in the same manner as actually deactivating (or scrapping) an industrial plant/factory?

(If not it means you can only adjust jobs by whatever levels your current factories are built to - which wouldn't be easy to control very precisely.)

Wow, in all my playing I hadn't noticed that little percentage slider before... this allows me even more economic micromanagement possibilities :)

When producing, you can select by capacity or by demand.

I usually set electricity production to 100% of demand what makes enough electricity for my needs and helps preserve the resources used to make the power which are almost always in short supply...

Also, when you set electical production to demand, you can still sell power to other countries which is nice.
