HUGE change to how research works ?
Its seems ALOT more difficult to research now.

Well, playing as washington in US NW campiagn, first scenario, i was unable to get a single tech done in the games alotted time: 2 years.
I had 3 tech centers and maxed spending, though i could only afford it for a while.
But never once did the time to research for a single tech show as less than 3 years.
Efficiency never got above 51%- with my normal circa 70 tech/circa 30 efficiency.
I didnt take note of the actual spending numbers.I should have
SOOOOO, just what did you change in research ?
