Moded missiles display health bars

Does anyone know why my missiles would start displaying huge health bars?

I changed most of them from low flying air targets to middle air targets, but that is about all that I changed.

Also, what determines whether a missile is a "Guided Missile" or not?
Does "guided missile" mean that it is not an airplane-like cruise missile?

Health bars for all units IIRC is <Ctrl+K>, if you reset your options it will go back.

Guided is a setting in the equipment file. Means it fill follow if it's taget changes hexes (within it's possible travel range).

Yes, but missiles are not units, are they?

I don't remember them ever having health bars before.

That is very interesting about guided missiles tracking moving targets - thanks for the info.

Sure they are, they're in the equipment file. Heck, technically speaking buildings are units we just don't let them walk around ;)

They always have a strength bar but in the default setting the bar size represents total pieces in the battalion which for missiles is one so it is a very tiny bar.
