How do u host a multi player game over the internet?

There are two common options for Supremer Ruler 2010 over the internet. The first is using Gamespy Arcade which is included with the game and should be accessible from a link in the Start menu within the Supreme Ruler 2010 Program Group. Gamespy Arcade is a program that allows you to create lobbys that others can join to connect for a multiplayer game

The second way is to select Multiplayer in the game. Here you will be shown your IP address and given the option to host. If others chose to connect by IP address and input your IP address, they should be able to see your lobby and join.

- Techincal Support of Supreme Ruler 2010 behind firewalls is not available. For community support check www.bgforums.com where you can also find others to play against.
- Gamespy Arcade support is provided by Gamespy at www.gamespyarcade.com

Does this work on the demo?

Yes, but not sure when someone last tried the demo on Gamespy. We did check it upon release to make sure it worked.

And demo versions can only play with other demo versions.

well i have the most updated version of gamespy arcade i will try it on there.

You can host uisng a direct IP connection as long as you have an "external" IP address (not some 192.168.xx.xx number)

Simply go to multiplayer and chose host then have the other players connect to your IP address.

ipchicken is really new to me. I have searched in net to view my external ip address. Google shows it in the top corner during my search . I would like to confirm it . so, i have checked in ip-details.com site. Both the results are same.
