Is there even a size 18 missile in the game ?

No, there is not, but what that value truly means is one F-18 has 18pts. That is intended to be a payload of 3x6pt missiles (such as 3 JASSM IIRC). we use the word size because it is smaller than pts/plane. We'll review the wording and probably tooltip it with better info for SR2020.
