it appears this sub has no sub or surface vesel attack value at all. it is equal to sister the I-800 Dolphin. besides it missing attack values and it appears that it doesn't require research. what kind of submarine is that?

It is the same sub but with the torpedoes removed and mine laying equipment instead. Never became useful since mine laying never got implemented.
