seems to have an hard attack of 36 while its only tech level 61 while another anti-tank unit of the chinese all the way at level 104 also has an hard attack of 36 and almost exactly the same strenght as the Hong Jian.
Also the Hong Jian looks grosely overpowered compared to similar units of that time such as the german units wich come close to 25 while the Hong Jian has 36!!!
Anyways just check the attack values of the Hong Jian, I think they need to be shuffed down to about 26 or 22 to keep in line with the others
