World Scenario, cant get anything other than peace?

What i mean is, they all eventually declared war on me, so now i have them all at 100% liking me, and i got them all to declare peace.

So now i have peace with them... but there population hates me (for what reason>?)

everyones population hates me and i dont understand how to raise that opinion?

I want to get a few free trade etc treaties going but none will get accepted.

tried giving extra money extra stuff everything but none of the treaties go through :?

is there any way to increase the other ai's population feeling toward me?

after playing for another week with everyone at peace with me i see no increase in everyones population liking of me.

Lower your build cap and repeat the many small diplo exchanges again.

Civilian rep with another regions will go up very slowly, much slower than diplo rating,but it does go up the basic same ways.
