i used some cheats to get a ton of nukes and destroyed every world market city on the map and those damn roaches still wont die

Now ur talking. I have wasted over 2000 tomahawks and I think around 200 nukes on the WM. So fire away. Its always fun to destroy everything the WM has on the map because they never come after U. I have learned if u use regular tomahawks on them U never have any kind of penalty. That's y i used so may tomahawks on them.
