Belli Bar location

This might be a dumb question in light of the fact that the answer might be in an obvious place in the manual or in this forum... but I cant find it.

So can anyone tell me if there is an alternate way to measure the causes belli other than the small bars next to the given regions flag?

Is there somewhere we there is like... a numerical value?

Yes, put the cursor over the belly bar and a tooltip will appear telling you the %.

FYI, this only works for the belli bar seen in the Current Relations panel after selecting a region, not the one on the first panel next to the name.

Ok so I click on the state department tab, then from the list of local regions I select a region, and then the two percentages for domestic and military support come up. Are those it?

May be I'm misunderstanding the concept altoghether.

Please help. A picture if possible.

I've found the tooltips don't show up in screenshots but you're almost there anyway. In panel two (the one that lists the two percentages) there are five buttons along the right. Top one is Current Relations. Select that one and it will open panel three which will show your values to that region and its values towards you.

The top bottun of the five, for me, opens up the diplomatic exchange window where you exchange items.
