BTW...nice work BG....

There seems to be some improvements in the diplo AI

I've got a Email from a ally... reporting a critical shortage of petrol.

Question: does it hurt the diplo standings NOT to repply on that mail ?

I've the feeling it hurts the -CivilianRating- quite a lot.....

not really, that is one of the things we're looking into for update 4 (I have notes on that for all sorts of "if I have surplus" or "if I'm boycotting").

No need to reply to the e-mail, I believe it is sent by your minister as an FYI. I'll have to go check to be sure it's from the minister...
