Any tips on getting allies to sell land in treaties?

Update #2 seems to have fixed the selling land problem but now I'm having problems getting my allies to sell me land at all in treaties that I submit to them. Any easy tips for getting them to go for my treaties?

Land trades aren't implemented anymore due to a bug...

Be aware when you are negotiate about someting and you offer some land (besides some other very generous things) the AI will always refuse....
