How low can you go with Diplo money offers ?

It seems to me that offering $1 has the same effect on the ratings as $100 M ....

it does indeed, and thats also what the devs are looking at.

i think they said it will be more balanced for update #3. i hope they dotn make it so you have to pay high sums to get anywhere. because small countries cant cope, while needed to hand out large sums of money!

It would be nice that if you offer a amount of money that in comparison
with your treasurie is low (let say < 5%

) the AI gets offended....
so you will have a negative result...

Well, that could be exploited too. By artificaly lowering my treasury (huge tax cuts) I could offer them 100% of treasury at very low cost.

Instead, thet should compared to the total average income of a country. That way, if you spend 1%, they know you are serious in improving relations
