Dumping Goods / Relation WM (other regions)

I'm still in the Congo... and need desparetly money for funding my
war against S.Africa...

I've decided to dump a lot of products far beneath my cost- and WM prices.
It seems to me that my relations with the WM and other regions are declining due to this action...

Is there a relation between dumping goods and standings...
