Getting trading relationship with WM again

I got kicked out of the WM because Canada was stupid and walked into my artillery and declared war, with subsquent elimination. I raised my rating with the WM and bought my way back in, but have been having trouble getting trading going back with them again. Around 15% I think I was able to trade agri and water but nothing else, and now am over 50% and am still boycotted it seems. After being kicked out, do you ever get back to being a full trading partner?

Yes you do... I had to get to 69% I think before they lifted a Timber Boycott

Yes I'm a member, and I'll just keep trying to raise my approval rating, hopefully they'll lift their boycotts.
