Question about treaty integrity

I never got an answer if there is a way to increase your treaty integrity rating... maybe someone knows this?

But my question of tiday is.
I attacked estonia with which i have a causus belli of almost 0 ( it has a buidlcap of ONE!!!!!!!!!) I saw my treaty integrity DROP due to my declaring war.... No relations were in place anyone else seen this. or can explain it.


Alas another question.
I had asked for someopnes techs, it countered and when the conuteroffers continued to long for me, i just rejected. But this action INCREASED my causus belli with that country. His reason to hit me! wHEN THEY REJECT MY OFFERS NOTHING HAPPENS...
can soemone explain this?

I think - but could be wrong - that the integrity depends on the amount of treaties offered and accepted...

hmmm didnt think of that one. I should test it a little. Thanks
i was a bit waiting for a dev because i didnt think anyone coudl help me. but i will try this out. In memory i remember i did some treaties in the world map but it didnt alter my rating
