World market relations panel-missing buttons

Hi,

In the manual on page 82 there is a picture of the World Market relations dialog (Panel2). On the right there are 4 buttons for viewing and requests from the WM.

I don't have these four buttons. I have the latest update but don't remember if they were there before. (I updated almost immediately after purchase.)

Sorry if this has been covered but without these, how am I to deal with the WM as in the manual ?

some things which are said in the manual did not make the game. The manual was finished a good time prior to the completion of the game. There is a readme file on your disc which says what has been added and which has been cut.
