Invite Foreign Leaders

Just a thought for future diplo developments...

I think it would be nice to be able to invite other leaders to your capital
(and vv).
Have a good chitchat and a couple of beers would'nt harm the relation
i guess...
Well.. hmm ...if your peeps don't like that region you'll get massive demonstrations (and perhaps even worse... an assault)

Just a idea...
