Are there any ways to gain them back? I need some post-patch repairing on the diplomatic front. Everyone hates me to the maximum I can be hated it seems. They wont accept 20billion for even a ceasefire. Do I give them stuff to help them like me more? Does anyone know of way to get ratings back?

What about World Market, how can I get them to lift sanctions on me if the others won't agree to end the war?

Try giving tech too, since that will count as more money than you could possibly give them. Unless that 20bil was tech anyway...

. Besides Im Portugal, I have more money than tech eventhough I am catching up at a substantial rate.
