Diplomacy Bar??

When you click on the State Department tab, the other countries are listed and tell you if you are at war or neutral with that country. There is a very small bar beside each country. I have seen it very small and green, and have seen it larger and orange to red. Is this your current relations with that country? If not what is it?

This is your "belli bar". It's detailed in the readme... the short answer is, the lower this bar the less "cause or justification" you have to attack that region so there are great consequenses. If the bar is bigger then your consequenses are less. Look for update 2 - there are more details such as diplomatic relations, civilian relations and other ratings listed where you can compare your region to the region you are viewing.
