Land Buying
When the Land Buy Bug is fixed how much will it cost to buy land, will the AI be less willing to sell land, etc. Can I have info on how this will work post fix?

Once the update fixes the AI and stops them from selling everything there isn't a pure and easy formula for how much land costs. It will depend on many factors from what is in the land you have tagged to whether you are at war or not. If you are asking for more details I'll just say, by "many factors" there are hundreds of factors. Just think... if you were to ask George W. Bush how much to buy some of his country he'd have to decide on a case per case basis.
