hello evrybody,

I'm french and i have some problem with foreign language but let's try.

What's the utility of the minister of the department of state ?

She or he is doing nothing, never, well I think so.

I'm wrong ?

How can I inprove that ?

Bonjour! The Department of State is used to interact diplomatically with other regions. You use it to see whether you have enough cause to go to war, and how other regions are managing financially. You can offer treaties through the D of S, ask the World Market for favors, and lauch the Popup Diplomacy panel to make offers to your neighbors.

I thing I understand the role of the state's department, it's the rule of the ai cabinet that Idon't understand. Other cabinet minister have a actionon their minister but not for the state's department.
We can choose priority but nothing is happen.

Oh, I see. Yes, you're quite right. The D of S doesn't actually need to prioritize making tough or benevolent deals, because it doesn't make any: you do.
