Missing Diplo Treaties?

Wasnt there supposed to be a treaty where you could ask another computer to attack player X? Im also sure there were other treaties that seem to be missing but this seems the most glaring.

That didn't seem to fit under treaties... and then it became a question of how do you negotiate for it? Instead we're looking at moving this kind of "arranged agreement", along with "manipulated justifcation" into the Ops re-design.

Are there any plans to have more diplo dealings with the WM. All Ive seen so far is random unit offers. How about requesting designs? requesting help, etc?

I was looking for an option to demand surrender - the opponent was down to one encircled base...but I couldn't find it...
