Is it possible to plan with other nations a disarmement to a nation that threatens another with WMD?
Just like alpha centaury or master of orion 3...
It would be a nice feature...

I haven't played those so I don't know how it works. From what it sounds like, this is not something that would make it into the game. Certainly not until later versions.
