Will you be able to work three or more parties into a treaty, or do you have to just do it one-at-a-time? A three way treaty might (or might not) make it easier to satisfy everyone's needs and reach a useful agreement.

yes it will be possible to have treaties that have specific members. A "Cartel" treaty would be a good example of this.

Though some other types of three way treaties will need to be set up manually, for example "Bob will pay Doug $50 a day to send troops to Sam, and Sam will give Doug transit rights in return"... that would need to be done as three different treaty deals (Bob-Doug, Doug-Sam, Sam-Bob); if a treaty gets broken, the humans will need to arrange the appropriate dominoe effect manually. I would not expect the AI to take part in such wrangling, however.

Hmmm... Sounds familiar  ! This sounds like something that would work better in Multi-Player games but we'll see if we can incorporate it into the Single-Player.

This is not something that is directly available in the game. We might expand on this idea in the future, but for now you have to get around it by strengthing relationships with those you want to support you, etc.

The World Market votes and "world treaties" is not a major element in the way things have come together.
