Game Crash

The game works on my desktop but i cannot get it to work on my laptop(which is better than the desktop) which meets the required specs. When i start the game the screen goes black when the main menu should come up so i cannot play.

Are you sure all specs of the laptop are better? Does it have the right video card? Some "higher end" laptops have lower end video cards.
If it does met the system requirements, send me an e-mail and include your DXDIAG output file. You can get this by going start-run and typing DXDIAG. Then chose save all information.
