Okay, if you look at this carrier it has NO aircraft capacity.Sure it has the deck, but find the stat for amount of air units allowed .
You will notice while doing this, that the stat location where the air unit limit should be, is taken by the missile cap limit.
So,can a carrier in this game have both an air unit cap AND a missile unit cap ?
If so, where does the air unit cap stat go ?
If no, thats something that should be looked at for the next game i think.
