I will repeat again, this is not a bug with the program. Each situation e-mailed to me was somewhat unique, not something to which I can provide a "blanket solution", and no one is coming back saying it is not resolved. I have been personally assiting everyone with this issue, including checking my e-mail from home late into the evening. You'll notice that my replies to ppl on this issue have been within minutes of them reporting the problem. This is not a bug or flaw in the program.

If anyone is still having this issue, please e-mail me so we can resolve it. I expect that these comments will die off within a few days.

I reinstalled the game. and nothing changed.

So I sent u my Dxdiag.txt via e-mail.

Got one a couple minutes ago, I assume it was from you, replied back.

Tried reinstalling, with no change.

Also sent you an e-mail

Just got up, only had three this morning. Replied to all that where sent.

I continue to have the non pictures bug even after the fresh install.What should i do.I dont have a problem sending mail but the computer i am playing it isnt mine.
So whould it be possible to post as a sticky some general guidelines on what to do in order that players try themselfs something or it has 100% to be by mail?
BTW did you add any new cheats...?

As mentioned, it's not a bug so there is not a general guidline fix, each case is essentially unique. Feel free to PM me if e-mailing is a problem. I will actually be moving this thread to "issues" at some point and I'll leave a sticky in this forum pointing them to the thread. The number of e-mails I'm getting is already slowing down noticably. I'm assuming everyone who posted in the thread (other than your mention) has gotten in contact with me but since many of the e-mails don't indicate a forum username I can't really match them up to be sure...

Got a few more this morning, have replied to all but one, working on it now...

FYI, I won't be able to check my e-mail till Tuesday so until then if anyone else runs into this simply e-mail support@bgforums.com as well and we will get back to you ASAP.
