Reconnaissance satellites

On France I have put one reconnaissance satellite in orbit. But according to the panel, I have 0% coverage?

Even after day end? Coverage I believe comes in on the next day or over 2-4 days. Don't fully remember. If you've got a savegame where you think it's reporting wrong, send it over.

there is a time delay until things sync up. As you launch more they will improve their coverage. how long has it been since you launched?

I had waited about a week. I checked my end game save and it was at 2% coverage with the one satellite, so apparently not broken.
