Stubborn units

I have a Blackhawk helo, it is in reserve. When I give it an order, it just sits there. I set its iniative to none, it has fuel..... When I go look at it, it has the move to order, but never moves. Thoughts?

Have you told it to come uot of reserve?

On the unit screen there is a picture of a tank going in to or coming out of a garage click it and it should come out of reserve and you will see the sprite on the map

That might be part of it... a few days later he followed the order on his own.

The AI initiative could be pushing it out as fast as you're reserving it. What's that set too?
